Ssempungu Joshua Kirabo served as President of the Ugandans In South Korea Association from the Annual General Meeting of 15 February 2026 until August 2026.

He holds a Ph.D. in Public Health from Korea University. From 2023 to 2025 he was Head of Development. In June 2026 he was nominated for the KAFXA African Icon of the Month award.

On 16 August 2026 members gathered for a community dinner in thanks for his service. His profile remains on this site.
