Our Core Values
How we lead, decide, and earn trust
1
Respect
We treat each other and those we serve with utmost respect — listening before judging, in public and in private.
2
Servant Leadership
The people we serve are our priority. We lead with humility — office is service, not personal importance.
3
Integrity
We stay honest and responsible — doing the right thing even when it is difficult, inconvenient, or unseen.
4
Transparency
We communicate honestly, clearly, and as quickly as possible — avoiding unnecessary secrecy or delay.
5
Accountability
We answer to those we serve — explaining decisions, accepting responsibility, and correcting mistakes.
“A constitution can give someone authority. Core values guide how that authority should be used.”
