First Executive meeting after the elections — online, 1 March 2026

This was the first Executive Committee meeting after the AGM elections of 15 February 2026. Officers joined remotely for a working call of the 2026–2028 cabinet — the first time the newly elected team sat together as a board, online.

Participants on the call included General Secretary Nakitende Josephine, President Ssempungu Joshua Kirabo, Director of Finance Mpabulugi Mark, Director of Policy & Welfare Lillian, and other Executive members coordinating across Korea.

The agenda was practical: confirm how the new team would work together, align on early priorities for the term, and prepare for the first in-person Executive meeting that followed on 7 March 2026.
