USKA’s Statutes are published as a First Draft so members can understand the proposed framework for governance, membership, accountability, and service to the community.

What the first draft sets out

  • USKA’s name, voluntary community status, vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Membership categories and the proposed registration fee (₩20,000 once) and monthly subscription (₩10,000), subject to General Assembly revision.
  • The roles of the General Assembly, Executive Board, Regional Coordinators, Advisory Council, and Standing Committees.
  • An eight-role Executive Board structure, meeting rules, accountability, and two-year terms of office.

Important status note

“First Draft” matters: the supplied document is a proposed governing text, not evidence of final adoption or of a later amendment. Members and partners should not describe it as USKA’s final constitution unless a formal General Assembly adoption or amendment is publicly recorded.

The older UCISK constitution remains a historical archive document only. It must not be presented as the current legal identity or governing text of USKA.
